Domestic Shipping

Allison Ivy Designs ships within the continental United States through either USPS or UPS.

In stock canvases ship within 7 business days. Please refer to product details for expected ship dates on Pre Order items. Expected ship dates are not a guarantee, however, due to shipping or inventory delays that are out of our control. If you ever need something sooner, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me through my contact page and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Allison Ivy Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address during check out.

Note: Most canvases are shipped in flat or bubble mailers, however, large canvases may ship in a tube.

International Shipping

At this time, Allison Ivy Designs ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Israel.  Shipping rates will appear at checkout, but if you have any questions please feel free to send me a message ahead of time.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of hand painted canvases, all purchases are final sale. However, if you are unsatisfied I ask that you reach out to me directly so that I can make things right.

 

FAQ

Do you sell threads?  We do not sell threads individually, however some of our canvases do come with thread (as a kit). If the canvas you're interested in does not come in a kit option, we are more than happy to provide thread recommendations for you to purchase threads through your local needlepoint shop.

Do you ship outside of the continental USA?  We’re always happy to discuss shipping options for out of country orders if you drop us a note. We will likely request you cover the cost of shipping.

How are canvases prepped for shipping?  Canvas edges are bound by tape and shipped in either a flat or bubble mailer. Large canvases may ship in a tube. All canvases will come with a Bohin tapestry needle: 13 count mesh canvases will come with a size 20 needle, and 18 count mesh canvases will come with an size 22 needle.

Can I stitch over the canvas design in a different color (color swap)?  Yes! We love to see your swaps! Most paint colors can be stitched over, but highly saturated colors may show through. If you’re crafty, you can paint over the canvas using white matte acrylic paint with a very small brush. 

Do you offer finishing services?  We do not, but we have a list of lovely finishers to provide if needed. Drop us a note to learn more!

Can you customize a canvas?  I'm not accepting custom work at this time due to time constraints. However, if you'd like to add a name or initials, change colors etc, to one of my existing designs, I'd be more than happen to discuss the options with you.
